Fulfillment Policy

At this time, we do not offer shipping. All orders will be fulfilled in-house, and families will be contacted when their items are ready for pickup.

Our store will open for orders during specified ordering periods and then close until the next cycle. Once an ordering cycle ends, orders are expected to be fulfilled within 14 business days.

Please note: holidays, severe weather, or other events beyond our control may impact fulfillment timelines. In the event that an item is placed on backorder by our supplier, families will be notified and given the option to cancel only the backordered item for a refund or wait until the item is fulfilled.
